Warranty Terms

1. Limited Warranty

TorqX warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Failures resulting from normal intended use
• Products installed, operated, and maintained according to TorqX recommendations

At its discretion, TorqX will repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product for any approved warranty claim.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Incorrect wiring or power supply
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Overloading beyond specified operating limits
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Improper storage or transportation after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents, fire, flood, or other force majeure events
• Operation outside published specifications

4. Custom-Engineered Products

Custom actuator solutions manufactured to customer-approved specifications are warranted against manufacturing defects only. Performance outside the agreed operating conditions or changes requested after design approval are not covered under this warranty.

5. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers should provide:

• Product model
• Serial number (where applicable)
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photographs or videos, if available
• Proof of purchase

Products may be returned for inspection before warranty approval is granted.

6. Limitation of Liability

TorqX's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. TorqX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including production downtime, loss of profits, installation costs, or damage to associated equipment.

7. Technical Support

Our engineering team provides application guidance, installation support, troubleshooting assistance, and product recommendations throughout the product lifecycle.

8. Governing Law

These Warranty Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which TorqX operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
